Intake date: 7/17/25<br/>Status: Available<br/><br/>Amir is a young ball python who was transferred to us from Wake County Animal Center. He has a good appetite and eats F/T mice. He is still nervous being handled as he is a baby, but is friendly His adoption fee is $50.<br/><br/>Caitlyn will require a minimum 30" x 12" x 12" enclosure right now.<br/><br/>**We do NOT recommend glass tanks/aquariums for ball pythons due to humidity issues. While they can be appropriately modified, this is not easy for a beginner keeper and we have seen repeated issues with stuck shed and anorexia. Please check out our care guide for alternative housing methods--we recommend PVC cages and appropriate bin setups.**<br/><br/>PLEASE READ!<br/>If you are interested in adopting this animal, you need to fill out an application at https://bewildnc.org/apply/.
