VERA (bonded to Annika)

VERA is a spayed female, tricolor Dutch mix rabbit. She was about 8 months old when she came to the shelter in June 2026. Vera is bonded to her sister Annika. The two of them are inseparable - almost always together and grooming each other. Although smaller than Annika, Vera is the more outgoing of the two. She adapts quickly to new environments and enjoys exploring more than her sister. When giving treats to them, you have to watch out - Annika is a little slow about eating them, and Vera is more than willing to eat Annika's for her! Both girls tolerate being handled. Their litter box habits are excellent, and they would make a great pair of companions for any family looking for a couple of lovely and loving rabbits!
