Velma (aka Pudding)'s Story

Velma is as cute as can be and she is ready to be your valentine! According to Velma's previous owner she is very friendly once she warms up, but can be a bit skittish initially. She enjoys petting, but does not enjoy being picked up. Velma has lived near a rabbit but not together, so we are not sure if she would be willing to bond with one. Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire's Adoption Policy

All adoptions are done on an appointment only basis, for specific animals. No animals have multiple families visiting them at one time, this wouldn't be fair to them or for you. Because of this, we do not book out appointment more than 24-48 hours in advance. We are CLOSED for browsing at this time to keep the stress level of the animals in our care as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding! We DONT have online applications, we prefer to have a open line of communication with our potential adopters. Our process is more educational based. Our adoption counselors will be able to tell you if the animal you're interested in will be able to go home the same day.
