Turnip's Story
Turnip was found on the side of a road in Eau Claiire, along with three other rabbits. He was very shy when he arrived at our main foster facility, but has since settled in and learned that people bring food and pets. It may take a little time and patience, but earning his trust will be truly rewarding and you'll have a new best friend. Speaking of friends, Turnip may like a rabbit companion, since he was found with other rabbits. He is litter box trained, vaccinated against RHDV, and microchipped.

If you're interested in adopting Turnip, please fill out our adoption questionnaire, which can be found on the adoption page of our website at wisconsinhrs.org.

Adopters receive a free copy of the House Rabbit Handbook: How to Live with an
Urban Rabbit and a complimentary one year membership to the Wisconsin House Rabbit Society.
