Torchy

Torchy is a handsome little lionhead with an all-black coat, a sweet white nose, and the most expressive little white “mouf.” He and his siblings were rescued after their parents—domestic rabbits who had been abandoned outdoors—took shelter under a deck to survive. Thankfully, kind homeowners contacted the Columbus House Rabbit Society, and volunteers stepped in to give this family the safety and care they deserved.<br/><br/>Torchy can be a bit timid at first, and he tends to make a little grumble noise before happily settling into pets and snuggles. Once he realizes he’s safe and loved, though, his personality truly shines through. He’s a vocal bunny who isn’t shy about sharing his opinions—whether he’s grunting excitedly for food or giving a little grumble before melting into affection. Because Torchy was the last of his siblings rescued, he spent time alone and scared outdoors before volunteers were finally able to safely bring him in, and he may still carry a little extra fear from that experience.<br/><br/>This adorable little guy absolutely loves doing zoomies, showing off his tricks, and bouncing around with joyful bunny energy. He would thrive in a home with plenty of room to run, jump, and play.
