Thumper's Story

Hi future family, my name is Thumper. I am a 4-year old Jersey Wooly who is just little guy at 3 lbs. I used to live in a hutch in the backyard for years with limited human interaction. This means I have some trouble trusting people, so I am very shy, but once trust is developed, I come out of my shell, and am unstoppable! In addition to being neglected in a hutch, I came in with a severe case of walking dandruff, requiring a full body shave. Luckily, my fur is finally coming back, and I’m looking as cute as ever! Unfortunately, my fluffy coat comes with some downsides. I will need frequent combing to prevent & remove matting, and even a full shave periodically. Despite my unfortunate past, I am a great little guy and although it takes me some time to get comfortable in a new setting, I so love doing binkies and zoomies while I do some exploring of my indoor home. A quiet home would be best, so no young children, so that I able to adjust to my new environment. I have been waiting 4 years to feel the love of a forever family. Could you be the one to give me what I’ve been waiting for?

I am neutered, vaccinated for the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Virus, microchipped, and litter box trained.
