Theodore's Story

Hi everyone, my name is Theodore and I was the 2nd of about 8 rabbits that were taken into this rescue from the recent hoarding/confiscation case in a local town. You may see another rabbit named Whimsy that is from the same case and posted separately.

I am a gorgeous and oh so friendly angora breed rabbit. I have a tattoo in my ear so I may have been purchased from a breeder or 4H program at some point in my past.

I have been seen by the vet and have a clean bill of health. I have been neutered and even had a fecal test done just to make sure all was well. Thankfully after testing for everything, I am negative and in this case that is a good thing.

I have wonderful litterbox habits, and my foster mom is very happy about that. I may be a great bonding candidate for any spayed females searching for a friend.
I do need a lot more grooming than most other buns so that is definitely something to consider before adopting me. Lots of brushing and the rescue can refer you to several rabbit specific groomers depending on where you are located.

I am eating a proper diet of Oxbow Adult Rabbit Pellets, lots of timothy hay and a big bowl of fresh water that are changed and cleaned daily. I love my daily salds and have not turned down anything yet.

Would you consider opening your heart and home to a handsome guy like me?
