Sydney's Story

A couple of months ago we received a call about 3 bunnies dumped in a cardboard box in a severe thunderstorm at a baseball field in the Lexington area. The soggy box contained three soaking wet young rabbits. Sydney was one of them. He was covered in mud and fleas and soaking wet but still very friendly. We took him and the other two in.

Sydney is incredibly sweet. He absolutely adores humans! He is so social and loves to get acquainted with all visitors. He enjoys being cuddled and petted. He is a gorgeous grey color that is difficult to appreciate in pictures. He also has one white paw!

Sydney is doing well with his litter box skills. He has been neutered and he is up to date on RHDV vaccination. To apply to adopt or foster, please click Apply Now at https://www.hoppyheartssc.org/adopt
