CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER IF  DON'T RECEIVE A REPLY TO AN INQUIRY <br/><br/>INDOOR ONLY HOMES <br/><br/>Stardust was rescued in September of 2024 from a park in Orange County.  A cat rescuer spotted her next to some food she'd been left with and picked her right up.<br/><br/>We are estimating she was born in April/May of 2024 by her youthful appearance in her early rescue pictures.  Her current rescue pictures show how her lionhead mane has grown so cute around her face.<br/><br/>Stardust has not displayed any desire to be bonded to any other rabbits. We are thinking she will do best as a solo rabbit.  Perhaps the diva in her wants all your attention?<br/><br/>We are baffled as to why this very friendly, charming, beautiful girl is still here at the rescue!<br/><br/>Stardust likes to be petted, chatters her teeth when you stroke her head/cheeks and will sit contentedly on your lap for loving. She also enjoys attention at ground level and readily soaks up your snuggles.<br/><br/>She definitely does zoomies and binkies during her exercise time in her expanded area. <br/><br/>She seeks your attention when you pass by her bunny bungalow. She's easy to handle and doesn't struggle to get away. She's engaging, interactive and just wants to be loved. <br/><br/>Could your place be the perfect home for her?<br/><br/>Stardust should start out living in a 30" or higher metal exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. She can have that as her home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. <br/><br/>Nylon, pop-up playpens are not recommended as a rabbit will chew right through it! <br/><br/>A cage or hutch is not recommended, especially a hutch with pull-out drawers and a wire bottom.<br/><br/>Outside time is not recommended due to RHDV2, myxomatosis, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, predator danger, etc.<br/><br/>Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.<br/><br/>Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment.<br/><br/>Stardust can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. <br/><br/>PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit!
