Sparrow's Story

Sparrow is a 1 year old female spayed American mix. She was found as a stray with a badly broken leg, who faced either euthanasia or amputation due to the severity of her injury. Thankfully she has recovered beautifully. Her missing leg has not limited her in any way. She uses her litterbox, not 100% perfectly yet, but is improving more now that she's spayed. She keeps herself clean, can still run, and has truly come out of her shell since having that painful leg removed. The one thing she will need help with is keeping her left ear clean since bunnies often use their back legs to scratch their ears. She GREATLY enjoys being pet, and will sit and let you give her love for as long as you are willing to. She comes up to greet you from inside her xpen when someone enters the room. She loves chew toys, and will create chew toys out of anything she wishes, if given the opportunity. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
