Snowdrop's Story

Snowdrop was the result of a misgendered pair of pet shop bunnies. She and her siblings were given to us and they were very shy. They still are actually. Snowdrop has a healed over broken foot and will always have a bit of a limp. she also has a very sensitive tummy and is prone to gas. she needs a grain free pellet diet, plentiful hay and sparse veggies. grass from outside is fine in abundance as it is dried hay. She had gorgous blue eyes and is our longest stay rabbit at 3 years! She prefers to be a single bunny and just needs a little TLC. won't you show her some love today? ReHeart Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy

We require an adoption fee of $100 per rabbit and guinea pig. Cats are on a case by case basis. We also require a signed adoption contract with the understanding that the animal is to be returned to us if no longer wanted. The prospective adopter will need to have a phone interview with us and provide a veterinary reference if possible, plus one to two personal references. Lastly we require a home visit, which may sometimes be completed virtually, to check the habitat set up.
