Skyler and Penelope's Story

Skyler and Penelope are a pair of domestic rabbits who were surrendered to the Franklin Township Animal Shelter when their prior owners could no longer care for them. These cute girls are around 7 months old and love their greens! They are easy to hold, enjoy receiving pets, and like to explore their surroundings. They can be adopted together or separately, but we’re hoping that they can find a home together. They are spayed and ready to go!

Franklin Township Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Adoption fee for dogs, cats, kittens, and rabbits is $80 per animal. Cats, dogs, rabbits and kittens are spayed/neutered. Cats, dogs, and kittens are microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate shots prior to adoption. Cats have also been tested for feline leukemia and FIV and dogs have been tested for heartworm. An adoption application may be found at the link below. Applications can be faxed to the Animal Shelter at 732-873-8902 or e-mailed to Brian.Hartman@FranklinNJ.Gov. Applications may also be dropped off in person during our open hours Tuesday-Friday 12pm-3pm Saturday 12-6pm.
