Skittles's Story
Meet Skittles
A Delicate Soul with a Blossoming Heart

Ideal home: Quiet, bunny-savvy, with gentle routines

Skittles came to us from a heartbreaking hoarding situation. Terrified and unsure of human kindness, she arrived trembling and withdrawn. But this brave little girl has blossomed in foster care into a quiet beauty, learning to accept love, treats, and gentle affection for the first time in her life.

Now? She adores calm, respectful attention and has a growing list of favorites:

* Head and back rubs (especially after meals or roaming time)
* Timothy mats and tunnels she can explore quietly
* Creative hideaways—plastic bins, cardboard boxes, and cozy corners

Skittles is very litter trained, enjoys hopping onto low, solid surfaces, and prefers early morning playtime. She loves narrow trails and tucked away spots, and she appreciates having multiple hideouts to choose from because feeling safe is everything to her.

Skittles ideal home is calm and steady. And while she may not be a fan of loud TV or wild energy, she can handle some activity when given trust and consistency.
Skittles communicates gently—with head bumps or little grunts when she’s not a fan of something—but never with aggression. This girl rewards you with zoomies, lap visits, and a little heart that’s finally learning what it feels like to be safe and cherished.

Fun Fact: She insists on two hay bins, one for eating only (not potty), and one for the usual hay station business.
Skittles might also thrive with a sweet, mellow husbun to bond with. (We have several to choose from)

If you’re looking for a gentle, tidy, and quietly loving rabbit to bring peace and beauty into your home, Skittles is waiting for the soft landing she’s always deserved.
Questions about Skittles?
