Simba's Story

Simba is one of six baby bunnies were rescued the first of January. These babies' mom was caught and taken by a stranger, unaware there were babies in a burrow. They started crawling out and they were tiny but their eyes were open. They all weighed 3 to 3 1/2 ounces - tiny like baby birds! We immediately started to syringe goat milk twice daily and monitored their weight closely. All six babies survived! Simba is the most mellow of the bunch.
