Not long after being rescued did mom give birth to four baby bunnies, Shortcut being one of them. Shortcut's dad was a dwarf and mom was a dutch.<br/><br/>Shortcut was born March 23, 2022. He and his brother Shortstop were adopted but returned in September 2025. Shortly upon return, his brother unexpectedly passed away. I suspect Shortcut might want another bunny friend. He would be okay as a solo bun too, however. <br/><br/>Through it all, Shortcut remains a sweet, loveable guy. He has heterochromia in his right eye (blue on the top part of eye and brown in the bottom part of eye).<br/><br/>Shortcut has good litter box habits, is very easy to pet and handle. He was around a dog at his prior adoptive home as well. He weighs about four pounds. <br/><br/>Shortcut should start out living in a 30" or higher exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. He can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. <br/><br/>Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.<br/><br/>Shortcut can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. <br/><br/>PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit!
