Shima & Gleoite

This is Shima and Gleoite (Glo-cha). This sweet pair are bonded and must be adopted together.

Shima (cream/brown color) came to TRR because her family had allergies. She takes a couple days to warm up but will come to the side of the pen when she's ready. She's happy to get petted and is easy to handle. She is great with her litter box habits and weighs about 5 1/2 pounds. She's getting used to a better bunny diet in foster, with an emphasis on hay and greens, and a water bowl instead of a bottle.

Shima takes care of Gleoite, who is deaf. Gleoite came in as a neglect case. The owner didn't even know he was deaf. Like all white animals, all white bunnies with blue eyes carry the gene for deafness. This certainly doesn't affect his life! He's an easy going boy, about 6 pounds, neutered and happy he now has Shima to help him navigate his world.

If you are interested in adopting Shima & Gleoite, please click on the "Adoption Application" link on our PetFinder Homepage https://www.petfinder.com/member/us/ny/washington-mills/nys-chapter-of-the-hrs-the-rabbit-resource-ny201/
