Hi! We're She and Shamus! We're velvety soft Harlequin Rex bunnies, and we love each other very much!<br/>We were rescued after someone raising us for meat (gasp!) decided we were too much trouble and let us go in a residential neighborhood. Luckily someone told the good people at Lola's and they came to rescue us! We were so happy not just to be rescued but to be together - we are a bonded pair and must be adopted together! <br/>We are about two years old and have been spayed/neutered. We're pretty good in our litter boxes and keep each other out of trouble. It helps defray the considerable costs of spay/neuter, other veterinary expenses, food, and equipment. All of our rabbits have received a full vet check ups and are spayed/neutered.<br/><br/>We adopt only to indoor homes, and prefer adult-only homes. We do not adopt rabbits as pets for children. We consider homes with older children, dogs or ferrets on a case-by-case basis. A legal adoption contract is mandatory.<br/>Adopters must be 21+ only.<br/><br/>Make sure you are financially stable - bunnies can be expensive! Please make sure you are up for nail trimming, brushing and litter box cleaning - bunnies can be messy!<br/><br/>All of our bunnies have had a hard start in life, and we want them to have responsible, financially stable, loving forever families. As with any pet- bunnies are a lifelong commitment (for those of us good pet owners at least!)), so please do your research!!! If you aren’t 100% capable of this commitment - please don’t adopt a bunny!
