BunnyPeople is an ALL-VOLUNTEER organization. Please allow up to one week for responses. You may contact us about adopting a specific rabbit through Petfinder's email symbol that appears next to each bunny's picture. You can visit during a "Meet the Buns" event (held once a month), visit during an Open House, or make an appointment to visit the shelter. All adopters must be screened by telephone before adopting a rabbit. BunnyPeople adopts out to individuals within a limited radius of our shelter in Harrisburg, PA for the safety and health of our rabbits. Generally, this covers central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. Please email us if you are not certain if you are within our adoption area. We do not adopt to classrooms, nursing or personal care homes, or college students.
