Ruby's Story

Meet Ruby! Ruby is newer to our adoptable line up and is slowly learning to trust and open up to people. She can be a little bit shy with new people and environments but is opening up more and more each month. Ruby is now running up to the pen to greet our volunteers each day, taking treats directly from hands, and allowing herself to be pet when held. She's still working on coming up to people for pets but she's made a lot of progress in the last few months and continues to become more and more social, including willingly to come out to interact with people and approaching you on her own. Ruby's favorite toy is her tunnel, which she loves to run in and out of and take naps in. She does well with quieter animals in the home, is litterbox trained, and will sit for nail trims and grooming. The adoption donation covers Ruby's spay, microchip, and wellness exam.

Requirements: No rabbit houses or hutches; Please see the shopping list at https://houserabbit.org/supplylist

Resource for Rabbit Care: https://houserabbit.org/care

Age Disclaimer: Ages of animals are an estimate or best guess based on the estimate provided by previous owners. In the case of strays, there is no known age, and the current age is estimated by the size and appearance of the animal.
