Rocky is a very handsome English Spot boy who is ready for a brighter future. He came to the Center after his previous owner was not providing proper care. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan stepped in, made sure Rocky was safe, and got him onto the waitlist so he could receive the care and second chance he truly deserves.<br/><br/>Because of his past, Rocky can be a little skittish at first and may need some patience as he gets to know new people. Once he realizes he’s safe and can trust you, his true personality shines through.
