Rita's Story
Was rescued from the Port Arthur shelter in Texas. She was one of the lucky ones that survived the hurricane and the evacuation of the shelter director when the hurricane hit. Rita came in so scared and she is gets frightened easily. With time and one-on one attention she will become even more trusting and loving. Rita loves to eat and greens are her favorite. She would do well in a bonding situation. We would not recommend her for small children.
