Pebbles's Story

Pebbles is a curious, fun and beautiful bunny. She has several dewlaps and a beautiful soft coat. I would suggest her next home be one probably without small children just because she has nipped us a few times when she doesn't feel like being picked up or held. It is important to understand that rabbits don't always have the best communication skills. She loves her treats and her tunnel time. She's a little shy to start off with, but she will quickly adjust, and you can see her outgoing personality. She will make a wonderful addition to someone's home. Pebbles is also great with her litter box and she weighs in close to 9 pounds.

Bugz Bunny Rescue's Adoption Policy
Our typical bunny adoption process: On average we have about 16 bunnies that are in need of a home. The requirements for adoption are: a copy of your drivers license, an appropriate indoor or outdoor enclosure as well as play area and payment of the adoption fee. You can send a photo of your drivers license to 839-224-0230 or you can bring a copy with you. Indoor housing must have an exercise pen and some kind of a hutch or hideaway so that your bun feels safe. Even if you plan to free roam your bun you will still need to provide him or her an exercise pen during times that he/she is not being supervised. We do not adopt to those with outside enclosures. All of our bunnies require a litter box. Proof of your enclosure can be provided by photos. We also ask that you be open to the possibility of an in-home visit. The adoption fee starts at $160 and that covers spay/neuter, RHDV vaccinations, and educational materials.
