Peanut (aka Pebs)'s Story

This fragile, inquisitive gal was purchased by a young person. She was kept in a tiny cage with limited playtime hours. She transitioned to our care to be spayed and to find a forever home. Minimal handling and socialization occurred in her home. (A pet store purchase as best we know.)

Previously called Pebs, the name Peanut seems to be more appropriate! She weighs approximately 2 1/2 lbs.

She can sneak into tiny crawl spaces! Bunny proofing is needed. Her dwarf personality is emerging with free-roam time. Multiple hours of exercise in a huge play space occur each day.
Marble-marking occurs when she sees another bun on the other side of her exercise pen.

Peanut-Pebs absolutely loves her Small Pet Select timothy hay. She eats a lot of hay. Cilantro, green and red leaf, and romaine are her faves for salads.

Adopters in this area take preference.
