Ozzy, Milo, & Theodore's Story
Meet the Velveteen Band – Ozzy, Milo, and Theodore! These handsome Rex boys are around 5 years old and are on the lookout out for their furever home(s)! They came from a horrible situation of neglect and inbreeding, coming to us covered in wounds. While the wounds have healed, the situation understandably caused them to be shy around people and struggle with litter habits.

Milo is the adorable friendly but awkward bun, he sometimes has some neurological "glitches" due to inbreeding of the situation they came from. This doesn't really cause him any trouble, but smaller treats are a little easier for him.

Theodore is confident and active, ready to explore! However, he is a little wary of people. He recently went through a phase of throwing toy keys into his water, but also loves a good hay toy to munch on.

Milo is the bun who loves head scratches as well as food! He is very food motivated and loves hay based treats.

Although these boys are altogether now, they can be adopted singly as a companion for your current rabbit, or as a trio! Essentially they enjoy each other's company, but would likely do well with another bun friend as well.

These boys would probably do okay in a home with children so long as they are calm and respectful. They would prefer no dogs, but we haven't had them around cats.

So, if you’re ready to meet the rockstars of the Velveteen Band, Ozzy, Milo, and Theodore are ready to meet you! Just make sure you have love (and carboard boxes) ready for them as you welcome them into your family and their furever home!

Apply today to meet these amazing bunnies! www.iowarabbitrescue.org/adopt
