Orchid (Bonded to Woody)

Orchid was the last Azalea Park bunny to be rescued. We were determined not to leave one bunny behind, and she could only elude us for so long! After this sweet girl was brought to into our care she quickly found a friend in Woody, who has been her brave protector. Orchid was great with the litter box from day 1, even thought she had never seen one before. She is a good hay eater (that is why she has such beautiful teeth) and loves her daily greens like Romaine lettuce and cilantro. Both Woody and Orchid are positive for E. cuniculi, a common condition found in a high percentage of domestic rabbits, and Woody has a slight head tilt, but otherwise neither rabbit has shown any symptoms of the disease. Orchid and Woody are deeply bonded and love to eat, sleep and play together. Woody is an outgoing rabbit, Orchid is a little more shy at first - but they both love to be petted by their humans! These two lovebirds would probably do best in a quiet home where they can relax and enjoy each other's company.<br/><br/>We adopt to indoor homes only!
