Meet Nugo, a handsome 2-year-old Dutch rabbit who is looking for a fresh start and a family who will give him the time and attention he deserves. Nugo came to the shelter when his previous family no longer had time to care for him, and he is now enjoying some much-needed TLC in a foster home.<br/><br/>Nugo is a quiet, gentle boy who is still learning that people can be wonderful companions. He may not be the most adventurous bunny just yet, but when you sit down beside him and offer gentle pets, he’ll close his eyes, lean into your hand, and soak up the attention. He even gives an occasional happy tooth grind!<br/><br/>His foster family is spending lots of time simply being near him, talking to him and letting him experience the good things in life—sunshine, fresh air, soft towels, and, most importantly, gentle human companionship. Little by little, Nugo is showing that there is a sweet bunny underneath that reserved exterior.<br/><br/>Nugo would love a patient home where he can continue to build his confidence at his own pace.
