Muggsy's Story
Muggsy was rescued as a stray during the winter of 2023 after neighbors reported seeing him outside for more than a year. He has adjusted well to the pampered life of a house rabbit, although he is still a bit wary of new people because of his scrappy beginnings. Once you have earned his trust, he enjoys getting pets and attention.

While he is not aggressive, he does get excited for food and treats and can sometimes nip your finger if you aren't careful. He has excellent litter-box habits and enjoys sitting on top of his hide to get a better view of his surroundings. Although we don’t think Muggsy would be well-suited for a home with children, we do think he may do well with a bunny friend after a proper introduction and bonding process.
