Kermit's Story

Meet Kermit (blue ear mark)! This little girl is part of our Muppet Babies litter. She will absolutely melt your heart with her sweet face and friendly personality. She loves people, pets, and pretty much any hay or treat she's ever received. She is available for foster-to-adopt! In the future, she may be a good candidate for bonding with another bunny, but will need to wait until after her spay procedure.

People often overlook REWs for adoption because they are scared by their ruby eyes. However, they are some of the friendliest, funniest, and most outgoing bunnies we have ever met. Don’t let looks get in the way; Apply to foster-to-adopt Kermit today!

Our adoption fee is $150 for unvaccinated rabbits and $225 for rabbits that are vaccinated against RHDV2 and microchipped. These fees help cover the cost of general care, veterinary exams, vaccination, microchipping, and spay/neuter surgery performed by a rabbit-trained exotic animal veterinarian.

We primarily adopt to residents of Connecticut, and on a case by case basis, to approved adopters in Massachusetts and New York.

All rabbits are spayed or neutered prior to adoption to ensure their health and wellbeing.

If you are interested in adopting Kermit, please fill out an application on our website at https://www.everybunnycountsct.org/adoption/.
