Juno's Story

Juno & Pluto have remained bonded, so they must be adopted together.

These 2 adorable baby bunnies were born at the rescue 10/23/25, shortly after their parents were rescued from being dumped outside in a flimsy cardboard box. Thankfully, they were not born outside and will only know safety and kindness.

Juno & Pluto are SUPER smart! They seemed to do everything early and grew much faster than the previously rescued litter. They are so much fun!

Juno is the little broken blue (white with grey spots) cutie pie. Her personality is every bit as darling as her appearance.

As Juno has grown, it has become evident that she has some special needs. Therefore she requires a special home where her needs are given priority. She seems to have diminished sense of smell and possibly vision, so she has trouble finding her food unless it is always placed in the same location. She also had fractured her femur at some point.

Both baby bunnies got spayed/neutered on 2/18/26, so they are now ready for adoption.

They appear to have remained bonded at this time. These two baby bunnies must be adopted together.

We are always working with the rabbits to help them find their true bond-bun. Would you consider an already bonded pair? Fill out the application and, once approved, we'll schedule a Meet 'n' Greet to see if your household might be a bunderful match.

* Indoor Home Only *

Bunnies live an average of 8-10 years, but could live up to 16 or even longer! While they do enjoy gentle pets and head rubs, bunnies generally do not like to be picked up or held as they are prey animals and it can be very scary for them. They also need lots of space to move around, run, binky and play - so no small hutches nor cages. They are social animals who want to be with you and should be accepted as part of the family. They also thrive best in bonded pairs, especially during the hours you are otherwise occupied. They need vet visits just like a dog or cat and will require a yearly vaccination against RHDV2. This is a highly contagious and deadly virus.

Please do your research before adding any pet to your family. Visit rabbit.org and houserabbit.org for accurate, up-to-date bunny information. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before and after adoption, as well as assist in helping you decide whether bunnies are right for you. We offer ongoing support and encourage ongoing learning to ensure that you and your bunnies thrive.

Please find a place in your heart and home for unwanted, discarded rescue animals. Thank you for adopting, not shopping!
