June's Story
June is approximately two years old and is a spayed female Lionhead rabbit. She was rescued from being outside and has had some kind of injury with her back leg or hip in the past. She was apparently not treated for this but is completely healed. She gets around and in and out of the litter box without any problem even though her leg sticks out a bit. Since being in her foster home she has been socialized with kids and dogs and is such a sweet bunny. She loves human attention! She is very inquisitive, cuddly and will ask for head and body pets. Her litter box skills are great and she does great with hay, salads, and morning pellets. She gets a little anxious when you pick her up but if you keep talking to her softly and petting her on the head she relaxes and might even fall asleep in your arms. She had a rough start in life but her heart is full and just wants love!! If you would like to adopt June, please contact the Missouri House Rabbit Society in Kansas City. www.mohrs.org
