Honey's Story

Honey was found in the middle of the street and taken in by a well meaning family that reached out when they couldn’t locate an owner. In foster she has shown that she’s adaptable and affectionate. Honey is thriving in foster with large dogs and some very curious cats, neither of which seem to bother her. She’s been showing off her bunny binkies and will climb onto her hide to request attention. Honey has done well when interacting with people of all sizes, but would prefer to not be picked up. She really enjoys her enrichment toys and time outside.

Thank you for considering an OTAT-WTX rescue! All pets are living in foster homes, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on core vaccines.
If you are interested in adopting, or for more information, please visit our website: https://otatwtx.org/how-to-adopt

Honey is from One Tail at a Time - West Texas

[Marfa, TX]

Our Mission
One Tail at a Time - West Texas (OTAT-WTX) is based in Marfa, TX and works across hundreds of miles of rugged, remote borderland - there’s frequently no cell service, no water, almost no retail, no medical services. Virtually everyone lives off the grid down winding dirt roads. There’s not much for local economy; people are...
