Hera's Story

Like her namesake from Greek mythology, Hera is a queen who knows exactly what she wants: a kingdom with tons of space to explore.

This shy goddess is just beginning to tolerate petting, but she's already mastered the art of adventure. Hera is a talented escape artist who loves chew toys, cozy hiding spots, and discovering every corner of her domain. Hera has good litter habits and, when she's feeling confident, unleashes the most EXPLOSIVE binkies worthy of Mount Olympus. She tolerates handling and petting but not sure yet if she likes kids, cats, or dogs but other bunnies are OK in her book.

Hera is looking for a patient home with plenty of room to run, explore, and be her curious self. Give this queen a kingdom, and she'll fill it with bunny magic. If that's your home, please fill out an application at www.iowarabbitrescue.org/adopt!
