Henry's Story

Harry came into CHRS foster care in late October after being rescued from a hoarding situation. Although he settled into his foster home with relative ease and was eager to explore his surroundings, he tends to be cautious when initially encountering an unfamiliar situation/room. Harry’s still not too graceful when it comes to navigating the stairs or slippery surfaces; however, with practice he’s likely to master both. This little guy loves attention and will run up to the front of his pen greet you. Between bursts of energy and racing around the room when out of his pen, Harry will stop for pets. In fact, he’s been known to show his approval through tooth purrs and kisses. This young bun (he’s less than six months old) has a hearty appetite, devouring his pellets, greens, and hay. But, he needs to work on his table (er…bowl) manners, as he oftentimes puts his front paws in his pellet bowl. He also has outstanding litterbox habits and is easy to pick up. This little guy is quite the charmer and is looking for a loving, forever home.
