Ginger & Cookie's Story
Ginger and Cookie are two silky soft rex sisters with adventurous hearts, making the most of their second chance. They originally came to the rescue after being placed on a euthanasia list at a Quebec shelter due to overcrowding.

While they aren't the most keen on snuggles, they absolutely love a human jungle gym. Anytime you spend time with them, you'll be subject to their curious sniffing and them climbing on you every which way! They'll even give kisses when the mood strikes.

They may seem shy at first as they don't like sudden noises or unexpected moves, but they will stand their ground with sassy thumps to let you know how offended they are. You might even be able to hold a conversation with them based on thump-responses alone. It's endless entertainment with these opinionated ladies!

These two are practically attached at the hip, and where one goes, the other is close to follow. Watching them do everything in tandem is beyond adorable - from nibbling on hay in the litter box, to eating their pellets or snacking on greens, they are truly an identical pair!

You can win them over with a Timothy hut or some delicious hay cubes, leaving them munching synchronously for hours. They love hideaways and tight spaces and would love a tunnel or two for some hideaways for daytime.

Ginger & Cookie have excellent litter box habits, with only the occasional poop found outside their litter box.

Don't let their small size fool you, they have big personalities and life with them will always be fun. If they sound like the rabbits for you, apply to adopt them today!
