Flopsy's Story

Flopsy is a very sweet and curious boy. It will take some time for him to get comfy with new people and new surroundings but with some patience, his cute personality will come through. He can be territorial in a new environment but once he feels safe, those behaviours disappear pretty fast. After being in foster care less than a month, he’s already calm, silly, and affectionate. He is also very food motivated which helps to win him over. He has eaten everything he’s been given – pellets, different varieties of hay, forage/dried flowers, treats, herbs, and veggies. He loves all of it. He even does adorable binkies when he knows he’s getting his breakfast/dinner pellets.

He is so soft and absolutely loves pets, especially on his head and ears. He is very curious and loves to explore, chinning and claiming everything he comes across. He’s quite active but does spend a lot of time napping during the day as well. With enough time and attention, we think he would do really well as a solo bun but depending on the personality of the other rabbit, he may also be good in a bonded pair, as long as proper introductions are made in a neutral space.
