Feta's Story

Ms. Feta is a STUNNING white bun with lovely grey eyes, lots of smarts, and a truly inspiring backstory!

She's perfectly healthy, litter box trained, and even knows tricks! But that's not all...

Feta was found all alone, abandoned & fending for herself. So, when she first came to us, she was extremely protective of her space and a real scaredy-bun. In order to show her that humans aren't so bad, we spent lots of time just being in the same space with her, giving plenty of positive reinforcement (and treats).

Her transformation has been incredible! Now, when we walk into the room, she sprints to the edge of her ex-pen to say hi. When she free roams, she follows us around excitedly, and has the most adorable sploots and goofy binkies! Oh, and did we mention that she LOVES treats? She's learned several tricks, and even does them better than our 2 adopted buns (just don't tell them we said that)! She's beautiful, smart, healthy, and has come a long way in a short time.

Feta would do best in a stable home with a patient owner who can continue to show her that humans aren't so scary. Her one special request is to go to a home with some free roam space - even if not all the time, she'd like to spend at least an hour every day outside her pen. She has shown interest in our other bunnies (they haven't officially met though), but she would also do great as a single bun because she LOVES the attention!

Feta's story shows how a little bit of personalized care and love can transform a scared & territorial bunny into an angelic cutie pie. Please give this sweet girl the happily ever after she deserves! She is just begging to be the center of your world!
