Everest's Story

Everest spent time in a foster home while in our care. Here are some notes from Everest's foster paw-rent: <br/><br/>"Summit and Everest are adorable bunnies about 3.5 months old. While they were out of their play pen enjoying the main level of our house, they enjoyed playing together, chasing one another, investigating and then taking a break under the couch or over the heating vents. <br/><br/>The "boys" found their way back to the play pen area to always go potty in their litter boxes.<br/><br/>When they were out, Summit and Everest did respond to whistling to bring them back to their play pen for food or to be locked in because we were leaving. <br/><br/>With the several weeks we had them, they did become more and more comfortable with us, climbing up on us and/or eating out of our hands, however if you wanted to pick them up, they needed to be in their play pen or it was too hard to get them. <br/><br/>Once in our arms, they snuggled right in, enjoyed the rubs and/or comfort of our laps or beds and stayed for as long as you wanted them"

The "boys" found their way back to the play pen area to always go potty in their litter boxes.

When they were out, Summit and Everest did respond to whistling to bring them back to their play pen for food or to be locked in because we were leaving.

With the several weeks we had them, they did become more and more comfortable with us, climbing up on us and/or eating out of our hands, however if you wanted to pick them up, they needed to be in their play pen or it was too hard to get them.
