No one in the area claimed her.<br/><br/>Duchess is an extremely friendly, sweet, sociable rabbit who will transition to a new home with ease.<br/><br/>She wants attention and to interact with you! She readily submits her head for you to pet her. Someone obviously loved her at one point.<br/><br/>She's a relaxed, trusting, curious girl. Nothing much bothers her. She's a quintessential dutch bunny.<br/><br/>She has good litter box habits, likes her stacking cup toys and enjoys doing zoomies.<br/><br/>Duchess would be a good candidate as a free roam rabbit. Alternatively, a 30" exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen with additional playtime throughout the room/home too is recommended.<br/><br/>Nylon, pop-up playpens are not recommended as a rabbit will chew right through it! <br/><br/>Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.<br/><br/>Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment.<br/><br/>Duchess can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. <br/><br/>PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit!
