Dennis's Story

Meet Dennis! Dennis came to us after being rescued from a Chicago park along with 17 other rabbits. They were all in rough shape due to poor living conditions, no veterinary care and territorial fighting amongst each other. We are thankful that he survived when the odds were against him. Despite this, he is a very curious and social bun!

Dennis is a medium-large size rabbit at around 5 pounds and is estimated to be around 1-2 years old. He is looking for a quiet and low stress home where he is able to free roam in a rabbit-proofed space for much of his time. He has truly blossomed in his foster home and went from being scared and defensive to giving his human friends kisses and following them everywhere they go! He sometimes gets a little nippy but it's usually when food is involved and he gets overly excited. But he's learning and has come so far in the last couple months! He is a very good free-roaming bun with his litter habits and likes to sit on the couch or the bed while his humans read or watch a movie. He definitely gets the zoomies and loves to explore!

Dennis is very interested in other rabbits and perks up when he's around others. We are definitely looking for a rabbit girlfriend for Dennis! If you have a single spayed/vaccinated rabbit that is also looking for a friend, Dennis would love to meet her :)

Dennis's adoption fee includes RHDV2 vaccine, microchip and neuter surgery. Please fill out our adoption form if you'd like to learn more about him!
Dennis is a medium-large size rabbit at around 5 pounds and is estimated to be around 2 years old. After all that he went through living in a group, he is hesitant of other rabbits but we think he would love to find a nice female rabbit companion down the road. His adoption fee includes RHDV2 vaccine, microchip and neuter surgery. Please contact us to learn more about Dennis or any of our other rabbits!
