Declan's Story

Breed: Californian/American
Size: Medium
DOB: 03-17-2023
Reason in Rescue: Born in the shelter after my mom and dad were caught outside
Personality: Shy, sweet and friendly
Friends: I think I would like a friend

Hi my name is Declan. I was born at the shelter along with my 9 other siblings. We were so happy to not be born outside. Since we were born on St Patrick's day we all have Irish names. I like to run around and show you how much fun I can be. When you first come to meet me I may be a little shy but I hope you are willing to give me a chance because I know I will come out of my shell once I am in my own home. I think I would do best in a quieter home. I hope to meet you soon.

• Requirements •
Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with a large to x-large dog crate or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2'). We do not recommend plastic bottom cages or hutches.

• Adoption process •
An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.eriearearabbitsociety.org), and approved by our adoption committee. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption.
