Constable Carrots & Hazel

Meet Constable Carrots and Hazel!

Our little officer was found outside our local police station and we knew there was only one name that would do... Constable Carrots! Constable Carrots may not be issuing tickets or solving crimes, but he is definitely an expert at stealing hearts! This sweet bunny is curious, charming, and ready to find a home where he can be spoiled with fresh greens, cozy spaces, and plenty of love.

Hazel was also found as a stray and proved to be quite the elusive little lady when trying to trap her. She thought the garden boxes she was hopping between were just fine for her, but little did she know she was headed for a warm bed, endless veggies, and a new boyfriend. Fortunately our friends at Vancouver Rabbit Rescue proved once again that they are trapping machines and were able to snag little Hazel.

Constable Carrots is the more confident of the two, but he didn't start his days with us that way. He's gone from terrified and hiding to popping out to say hello to passers by. Hazel is still learning that people aren't scary, but we know with the Constable's help, she'll open up in no time.

Constable Carrots and Hazel are:
Spayed/Neutered
Microchipped
Vaccinated

Constable Carrots & Hazel's adoption fee is $75 plus tax.

If you think Constable Carrots and Hazel could be the perfect addition to your family, the next step is to complete an adoption application using the link below.

Application: https://www.newwestcity.ca/database/files/library/NWAS_Small_Animal_Adoption_Application_2020.pdf

If you have any questions about Constable Carrots and Hazel or our adoption process, please contact the shelter at shelter@newwestcity.ca or 604-519-2008.
