Captain's Story

My name is Captain (some call me Code Bun), a beautiful 9-month-old Rex with just the velvetiest fur ever, just give me pets and you will find out. I was rescued by a wonderful paramedic when she saw me being basically tossed out of a car. I am so happy I was saved and am now living a great life. I am told I am just the most super friendly bunny and crave lots of attention, pets, and of course treats. I am fearful of younger children, so a home with older kids or no kids would make me most happy. Once I fully trust you, I am okay with being picked up, as long as I get to sit with you and receive lots of pets and love. I have even been known to fall asleep in your arms or laps as I receive lots of pets from you. This means I trust and accept you and once that happens, I am all yours. I like to express myself with grunting, for example, if I’m not getting what I want or if you’re doing something that scares me or I just do not like. Otherwise, I can be a total love bug. My foster tells me I am super clean, like to groom myself, and have excellent litter box habits. I have lots of living to do and my holiday wish is to have the most perfect family that will shower me with love, pets, and tag along with me while I explore. <br/><br/>I am neutered, vaccinated for the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Virus, microchipped and litter box trained.
