Cactus's Story
Cactus, Lily, Hibiscus & Lantana are blooming into their next chapter... together.

These four young rabbits came to Henderson Animal Protection Services after their owner surrendered them from a home with many other rabbits. Growing up in a large group meant they had limited opportunities to socialize with people, so they're still learning that humans can be trusted.

Because they were too young and undersized for spay and neuter surgery, they spent a few weeks in a foster home growing big and strong before returning to the shelter for surgery. Now they're healthy, ready for adoption, and beginning the next chapter of their lives together.

Did you know rabbits are naturally social animals? Most thrive with a rabbit companion, helping each other feel secure, build confidence, and adjust to new experiences. While these four aren't bonded to a specific bunny, we'd love to see them adopted in pairs so they can continue growing together.

Sometimes the best friend a bunny can have... is another bunny.
