Bugsy's Story

Bugsy is such a lovely boy. We rescued him because he had a fractured spine, and is not able to get around like normal. But he still can scoot to get around. He needed to gain some weight and is doing well with that. He will be neutered soon and then will be looking for someone to love him for the rest of his life.
