Bianca's Story

Bianca is a beautiful Angora rabbit with long, soft hair. Her hair was severely matted when she came to WHRS, so we had to shave the matts to get them out. Bianca is therefore a special needs rabbit, requiring regular brushing and grooming to prevent her hair from getting matted again. Bianca is a friendly gal, who can be cautious at first, but relaxes with some gentle head pets. She is litter box trained. Bianca has had a wellness exam, has been spayed and has received her RHDV vaccination since coming to WHRS. Wisconsin House Rabbit Society's Adoption Policy

As part of our adoption contract all rabbits must be kept indoors where they are safe from predators and parasites or diseases. The first step in the process is to fill out and submit our adoption application. Once reviewed you will be contacted by phone and a time to meet requested rabbit(s) will be set up. We generally do not do same day adoptions unless you are approved prior. The approval process involves a home inspection either in person or through photos/video sent to us. Once your set up is approved we will proceed with the adoption.
