Betty White's Story

Betty’s owners abandoned her outside and she was living outside on her own for a few months. Friends of mine were able to catch her and then contacted me. Betty is the absolute sweetest bunny ever. If I didn’t have all the animals I do now, I would keep her in a heartbeat. She enjoys being held, sitting in your lap, and being touched.

We believe she is a English Spotted, but I’m not 100% sure. Although she looks mostly white and black, she has these beautiful patches of cream in her fur as well. We do not know how old she is, because bunny teeth are constantly growing. She was recently fixed and is healing nicely.

Our process for adopting a bunny is a little different- bunnies are very different from cats and dogs and require more knowledge. It’s okay to be a first time bunny parent, but we will first go through lots of bunny requirements so I can help set you up to give your bunny the best life. Bunnies SHOULD not be caged animals. They should have a cage as their home base, but they should not spend 24/7 in their cage.

If you have any questions about adoption or owning a bunny, please reach out!
