Benny's Story

Benny is a sweet girl who loves to get pets, and people-watch. She enjoys standing on her hind-legs to get treats and head-rubs. She was rescued from the same neglectful living situation as Calico. Forced to live in a tiny hutch, and live in her own waste. The second she was rescued, we saw lots of flops of relaxation! She’s an easy-going girl, desperate for attention and all of your love!!

Happy Hops's Adoption Policy

1. Applicants fill out an online application that is reviewed by our adoption coordinators. 2. Our adoption coordinators will reach out and conduct a phone interview to determine whether the applicants will be a good fit for a rabbit in the home. 3. If both the applicant and coordinator wish to move forward, we will schedule a time to meet the rabbits in which the applicant showed interest. 4. If both the coordinator and applicant wish to move forward after the bunny visit, the applicant will be asked to procure a list of supplies and set up the pen. 5. Applicants will send photo verification of the completed pen, and we will schedule a drop off/in-home visit. 6. If the coordinator is satisfied that all requirements have been met, we will complete the adoption paperwork and leave the rabbit to enjoy his or her new family!
