Bam Bam's Story
** Please note: As a bonded pair, Pebbles and Bam Bam must be adopted together. //

Pebbles and Bam Bam are a loving bonded pair who just want a human to call their own forever.

Pebbles was transferred to us by Pebble Creek Animal Hospital after her owner left her there. It didn't take too long for her to find a new home near Brooksville.

Shortly after that, Bam Bam was found at a house in the Seffner area, and a friend of the rescue picked him up for us. Pebbles' human thought it was time for her to get a boyfriend, so she agreed to both foster him *and* pay for his neuter operation. After he was ready, Pebbles and Bam Bam were bonded, and have been a loving couple ever since.

For quite a while, they were hoppy in their home; their human even taught them how to use her doggie doors to go out onto the screened porch when the weather was pleasant, and back in when it was too warm or uncomfortable. They would often spend hours outside on the porch enjoying a cool evening, listening to birds and other neighborhood fauna. Indoors, they had a variety of enrichment to play with, including tunnels, hidey-huts, and toys.

Their human ended up traveling quite a bit, and sadly had to return them to us, as she couldn't take them on long trips. However, after she returned to Florida again, she re-adopted them. Unfortunately, another human who was allergic to hay ended up moving in to their home one day, and their owner had to return them to us again.

Ever since, they've been waiting for a new human to take interest in them, and treat them like the bunlords they are.

* Our adoption fee for a bonded pair is $110.
