Almond Joy's Story
My name is Almond Joy. I, my brother, Peanut Brittle, sister; Butterscotch and niece; Caramel Crunch, are looking for new homes.

I have lived outside in a hutch with my brother Peanut Brittle all my life. Though we are brothers we would fight with each other and have since been separated and will be adopted out individually. Since I have spent my life outside in a hutch, I have not been handled much. Whenever I was handled it was being grabbed by my scruff and lift out of the hutch. Needless to say, I am not too keen on being handled currently but they are working on that with me here at the Refuge.

I have gorgeous blue eyes that my soft and sleek black and white coat really make pop.

I LOVE to be outside when the weather is appropriate and I am a fabulous little weed wacker for those hard to reach with a mower, places. If you are looking for some cheap labor to help with those weekend yard work chores, I am your guy! If you have space to house us separately, my brother, Peanut Brittle, is also a great weed wacker. We could knock out the yard work in 1/2 the time and all enjoy some R&R for the rest of the day.

I was neutered on April 25.

If you are interested in adopting any of us, please email ghandisrefuge@gmail.com
