Aisling: featured pet!!'s Story
**I have been waiting for a home since October of 2024**

**This bunny is fully vaccinated for RHDV**

*Aisling is one of our featured pets, so her adoption fee has been sponsored!**

Breed: Lionhead
Size: About 5 lbs
DOB: About 1 as of October 2024
Reason in rescue: Aisling came into the rescue from a shelter in WV. Unfortunately the shelter there doesn’t spay or neuter so we always take buns in when they are surrendered there.
Personality: Aisling definitely didn’t have a lot of positive interactions with people prior to coming to us. She’s very scared of hands coming at her and she’ll box and fake try and bite. But once you pet her and she knows you aren’t going to hurt her, she’s very sweet. She enjoys being petted and doesn’t mind being held once you get her and she seemed to actually enjoy being brushed! we definitely recommend her for adults only or older, gentle kids. She is good with her litter box.
Friends: She is a good candidate to be bonded to a neutered male.
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living). Suggested adoption donation is $100 which includes her spay, vaccine, and microchip.
